Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 29, 2026
MiMercancía is the platform resellers use to manage their inventory and publish their online store. We want everyone to be able to use it, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. It's the bar we review every change against. We assess this ourselves; it has not been certified by an outside auditor.
What this covers
- This site, mimercancia.com
- Signing in, creating an account, accepting an invitation and resetting a password
- The inventory app store owners and their teams use
- Online stores built on MiMercancía; each store also has its own accessibility page
What we've done
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where you are
- Windows and menus are announced to screen readers and close with Escape
- Buttons and fields have clear names for screen readers
- Text and buttons have enough contrast to read comfortably, in dark mode too
- It works when zoomed in and on screens 320 px wide, with no moving text
- Text adapts if you increase letter, word or line spacing
- We check it with automated accessibility tools, by using it with a keyboard alone, and with the VoiceOver (iPhone) and TalkBack (Android) screen readers
- Public pages are checked automatically on every code change
- We keep extending our testing to more screen readers and devices
Known limitations
- Product photos and descriptions are published by each store; if one is missing information, ask for it from that store's Help section
- Orders are sent through WhatsApp, an app we don't control
Something not working for you?
Write to us at support@mimercancia.com. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and how you get around (for example, with a screen reader or a keyboard alone). We'll help you get it done another way while we fix it.
